Inquiry Information

When you submit an RFQ, the website records your name, business email, WhatsApp number if supplied, destination, product interest, project requirements, consent time, source page, campaign parameters when present and delivery status of the website notification.

We use this information to review the request, prepare a quotation, clarify technical requirements and follow up the related business inquiry. RFQ field contents are not sent to Google Analytics.

Cookie and Browser-Storage Choices

The website stores your analytics preference in your browser under the AP Fencing consent record. This necessary record contains the preference version, whether analytics was allowed and the time of the update. It is used only to remember your choice and is not submitted as an RFQ.

Optional Google Analytics does not load until you allow analytics. If allowed, Google may set analytics cookies such as _ga and process page address, page title, referral source, approximate region, device and browser information, technical-download activity, contact-link activity and RFQ-path events. Inquiry names, email addresses, WhatsApp numbers, destination text and project-detail fields are excluded from AP analytics events.

You may reject analytics without affecting access to products, technical resources or the RFQ form. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time; withdrawing disables AP analytics collection and removes the AP-accessible Google Analytics cookies from this browser.

AP Fencing uses an independently configured Google Analytics 4 property only after analytics consent. Google may process analytics data in other countries under its own service terms and privacy controls. See the Google Privacy Policy.

Storage, Access and Sharing

RFQs are stored in the independently configured AP Fencing WordPress database. Access is limited to authorized site administrators and service providers needed to operate the website. We do not sell inquiry information. Information may be shared with technical, logistics or service partners only when needed to respond to the request or operate the website, and when legally required.

Retention and Your Requests

Inquiry information is retained for business follow-up, legal and security needs. Analytics data follows the retention controls of the independent AP Fencing Analytics property. Your consent preference remains in your browser until you change it, clear browser storage or AP Fencing changes the consent version.
